The Founder's Story
In 2013, Jennie began surveying college students about what they feared most about their futures. The results were honest, nuanced, and loud: they didn't just need a job—they needed clarity.
After years in financial services at Barclays and Citigroup, coaching, and recruiting thousands of professionals, Jennie realized the problem wasn't talent—it was tools. The frameworks being used weren't built for complexity, culture, or the kind of grit she'd seen in thousands of professionals.
So she built something new. What started as the Motivation Personality Assessment evolved into My Worksona®—rebranded in 2022—a powerful, multidimensional tool that captures how people work, relate, lead, and grow.
